Salicylic Acid Daily Gentle Cleanser
Description:
As a BHA cleanser, this product is great at removing old dead skin cells, sebum and keeping blackheads in control when you wash your face. The microbubbles created during cleansing help clear makeup residue and wash away skin waste preventing blackheads & whiteheads from forming. The natural salicylic acid ingredient acts as a skin relaxant that works well for those with acne prone skin.
How to use:
1) Lather a small amount of cleansing foam on your hand, rubbing them together until you create a bubble mixture. Spread this across your face and gently rub. (Do not apply cleansing foam straight from the bottle to your face)
2) Gently wash off with lukewarm water until clean. Try not to rub and this may lead this to skin irritation.
3) Gently tap the skin with cold water as a final step to reduce the size of pores and tension on the skin.
Ingredients:
Glycerin, Water, Stearic Acid, Myristic Acid, Potassium Hydroxide, Lauric Acid, Peg-32, Cocamidopropyl Betaine Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Glyceryl Stearate, Polyquaternium-7, Lauramide Dea, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil, Salix Nigra (Willow) Bark Extract, Polysorbate 60, Peg-100 Stearate, Peg-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, Sorbitan Olivate, Cellulose Gum, Gaultheria Procumbens (Wintergreen) Leaf Extract, Disodium Edta.

Whilst this product seems to have done wonders for others, I really encourage those who are sensitive to comedogenic ingredients and have acne-prone skin to search elsewhere.
I was using it in conjunction with a Vitamin C serum earlier this year whilst travelling (so water changes affected my experience too) and it ended in a very long lasting break out. I understand that if I were to use it again without the addition of a strong active serum + environmental changes, perhaps my skin would behave better, but looking at the ingredients list, I see the following: Lauric and Myristic Acid (Both comedogenic), Cocamidopropyl Betaine (A suspected environmental toxin, known to trigger allergic reactions), and Sodium Chloride, literal salt (Serious comedogenic and bad for sensitive skin). Nope... I'll pass on trying this cleanser again, and in my opinion this is certainly not one for daily use by any means!
This stuff is so GENTLE, my skin is very reactive and this has really helped slowly get rid of excess sebum without stripping my skin !
highly recommend
I have been purchasing from this product from this company for many years now this is the perfect second step cleanser of an evening to remove all traces of make up, dirt, pollution & spf from the day. I have fair sensitive skin and this doesn’t irritate. It greatly reduces blackheads and brightens my skin. Thank you so much
Amazing foaming cleansing that really gets the daily grime off easily. Gentle and refreshing on the skin.
