Description: 

A calming facial toner that targets sensitive and irritated skin with its calming & healing formula. Infused with Rovectin's hydrating Barrier Repair Complex, it helps restore and repair the skin barrier while dissolving dead skin cells. Its soothing combination of Panthenol, Madecassoside, Centella Asiatica Extract and Houttuynia Cordata Extraction soothe damaged & irritation, promote wound recovery and protect the skin barrier. Its lightweight, watery texture is rapidly absorbed, leaving skin refreshed and plump. The skin-friendly formula excludes mineral oil, essential oil and artificial fragrance. 

How to use: 

Apply Cica Care Toner after cleansing. Dispense an appropriate amount onto a cotton pad or directly into the palm of your hands. Gently pat/swipe all over the face to allow absorption.
