Description:

Neogen Azulene Soothing Mousse Toner creates soft microbubbles that penetrate deeply to give smooth and healthy glowing skin.  The fine bubble particles deliver soothing hydration using 5 core Cica calming ingredients and Guiazulene to alleviate irritation and redness.  Ceramide, Panthenol and Calamine promote hydration levels while reinforcing the skin's natural protective barrier. This toner can be applied as a bubble mask or layered to enhance its soothing and moisturising benefits.

Suitable for irritated for sensitive skin types. 

How to use:

Use the Neogen Mousse Toner after cleansing. Pump an adequate amount of toner and gently massage onto entire face. 

For bubble mask, pump toner onto a cotton pad and leave it on any desired areas.
