How to use:
After cleansing, apply an appropriate amount of toner to the face. Gently pat toner into the skin to allow absorption.

Wow this is a magically lightweight propolis product. After applying this toner, my skin is plump and glowing. It is also more of a moisturising toner, which is quite unique and I can see this working well for all skin types.
I just can't use this when my eczema patches flare up.
Really enjoy using COSRX. This toner can be layered without feeling sticky and sinks in really well.
Love this toner. In wintertime I go hard with retin-A and this is doing wonders to soothe and hydrate my skin. Will repurchase.
