The toner's thick texture feels like essence to supply long-lasting hydration and a plumping effect. Its hydrating effect is best suited to dry skin types and its pump application allows for convenient use. 

How to use: 

Use a toner after cleansing. Apply an appropriate amount to the skin and gently tap to allow absorption. 

Pair with Acwell Betaglution Milk Oil and Acwell Betaglution Cream to enhance the moisturising effect.
