I'm From Rice Toner is made with 77.78% rice extract, providing anti-aging, hydrating and brightening care for the skin. The magical ingredient, Yeoju rice, is rich in nutrients that promote the moisture level in the skin and the removal of dead skin cells. This light Korean toner is recommended for those with fine lines, hyperpigmentation, oily skin and dry skin.
How to use:
Shake product well before use. Dispense an appropriate amount onto hands and gently pat toner into skin until absorbed.

I’ve gone through a few bottles of this. It’s not irritating on my skin and very light weight but hydrating and makes my skin looks lovely. A little pricey but I will repurchase.
I’ve been trying a couple new Korean beauty products and have been so impressed! This toner is definitely a must now for me, my skin loves soaking up this milky toner and feels and looks so radiant and plump after applied. Highly recommend for dry skin!
Absolutely loving this toner! I found some glowing recommendations on line and decided to give it a go, was definitely not disappointed.
